shareholders' equity of $239 million.
Semafo Inc. (TSX:SMF)shares climbed 0.72 (18.32%) to close at
C$4.65 on above average volume. The company declared a quarterly
dividend of 2 cents per share, payable on July 16 to shareholders of
record on June 30.
